FIFA World Cup 2014 France Jersey Font

The kits of France national team in the FIFA World Cup 2014 is provided by Nike. The font used on France national team jersey is Avant Garde. It was designed by Herb Lubalin and is commercially available from several font foundries.


The WC2014 France font was created based solely on a raster image of a vector font set posted at switchimageproject. The font have the basic alphabet, numbers and symbols shown on the source image. Several characters derived from those shown in the source image were also added. The numbers do not have the France crest and effects. This font available in both OpenType and TrueType.

    1. That would be easy to do but I am not inclined to make the font.

      However, the font used in the M-League image is one of the versions of Century Gothic. The bold weight is likely the one. See this font

    1. I have no idea what that font is. I suggest that you post the image at Dafont as there are several people there who are actively participating in identifying fonts.

      Create a free account at Dafont, upload the image to an image host and post a message with your image to the forum. If there several fonts in the image, be specific on what part of the image you wanted identified.
